Elk Tooth Necklace:  for/represents  Husband.

A Lakota warrior could demonstrate his prowess as a hunter by making an elk-tooth necklace as a gift to his wife. The necklaces were difficult to make since an elk has only two "eye" teeth, and many elk needed to be hunted for the project.  Such a necklace signified enduring love as other bones decay, but elk teeth do not.
